We strive to continuously improve our services, we would like to inform you of some important updates and policies:
1.Revised Operating Hours: Starting April 11th 2024, we will be adjusting our operating hours to start earlier, ensuring that we have ample time to deliver thorough and efficient cleaning services. We will now begin at 9:00am-9:30am, this is important if you request being the first cleaning of the day. We will no longer be scheduling cleaning during the weekend (certain exceptions).
2. Additional Cost for Dishes in Sink: To streamline our cleaning process and provide you with the best results, there will be an additional charge for a lot of dishes left in the sink (a few dishes are not an issue). We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that the sink is clear.
3. Access to All Rooms: For optimal cleaning results, it is essential that we have access to all rooms that require cleaning. Please ensure that all designated areas are accessible to our team members.
4. Communication of Additional Tasks: Should you require any additional cleaning tasks beyond our standard services, we kindly request that you communicate them to us the Friday prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment. This will allow us to accommodate your needs effectively.
5. Communication: We will be reachable over the phone/text from Sunday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We will reach out as soon as possible if contacted outside these hours. During these hours we are usually cleaning which may cause a delay in response, we appreciate your patience.
6. Cancelations: To cancel/reschedule, the weekend before your cleaning is ideal (to help our scheduling), but please give us notice at least 24 hours prior. We will confirm your cleaning the Friday before.
